Well, what can I say about a new CD thats half of which was previously released on the label already? Getting greedy? Nothing new and exiting? whatever the reasons - this CD makes you think of the reasons why it was released rather then on the music itself. Not the best formula. All that is said above is true to those in the know - people who know (and care...) which track was released where, when and how many times.
If I was somehow who is not so deep in the know and just happen to stumble upon this CD in the store - I'd think I stuck gold. This is a very ful on, party compilation, with just about you can expect for a modern compilation to sound like - crunchy, scratchy, jungey at times and does the work very well. The CD is edited weell, the tracks flow nicely and the overall feel is hapy and groovy. The best numbes for me are the first and the last - Fuzzion with some very grovy minimalistics and Delirum with some scatchy funk. Nice CD afterall.
