WEAK THIS CD SURE ISN'T!
those of you who get offended by the melodic side of itzik levy should ask yorself why.
this is melodic trance at it's best!you don't hear stuff like this every day.Sure,u can't call it a normal psy-trance release,because it has a lot of CLUB & DEEP trance elements in it.But except for the last track(with YAHEL) no track sounds like CLUB TRANCE, but more like old school GOA style,like the first wave of trance music which was very melodic(a good example for this is the track KFAR SABA BLUES).
Anyway,the production and sound are all high sandman quality so this package can't miss.
not all of the tracks are perfect(the re-release of SUPERFLY, and the track DEEP COVER which doesn't sound like it belongs in this album )but these are minor grips because they're not bad tracks,just compared to the rest.
good work Mr.Levy!

Superb Melodies, From Track 3 this album become masterpiece
I Relly enjoied the new melodic (a little cluby - but excellent)
sound of Itzik Levy, there is no doubt that the goa melodies are
coming back (and in big time) to the trance scene , and I very happy because of it.....
As I wrote track 1 and 2 are good but something is missing..
from track 3 the tracks are superb and I think that
track 4 & 5 Are one of the best that i Heard this year..
also 8 is a grat remix

I have been listening to itziks music since the early days.
my love to trance emerged during those days and itziks music had a great impact on me.
In this CD he proves yet again that he is a great musician with endless musical abilities.
one might say that melodies suck but the tracks I encountered on this CD proved how profesional and talented itzik is.
All I could hope for is that he would continue making such good music and that the next album will show some other faces/styles of this great artist.

beautiful album, very enjoyable indeed!
Ppl keep in mind this is not Sandman, but Greenhouse Effect, so dont expect the usual full on sandman type craziness.
This is contemporary electronic music not only for tranceheads, but for everybody- personally I love it very much.

Izek (Sandman) Levy has just released this new album under the pseudonym `Green House Effect`...after the previous outings and tracks from him I guess this will come as a surprise to some who are expecting the 3rd Sandman album, well I have to say I was surprised throughout the first listen, surprised at how talented this guy really is...to me this is such a beautifully crafted and melodic album which is wonderful just to sit down and chill out to, with nice thought provoking rhythms and ultimate trancy soundscapes all blended into a mind trip..what's more hear this in a club and there's enough bass and thump to satisfy any hard trance fan and send you into a unique sense of euphoria!
track 1 isn't my favourite on the album...but is a nice chilled out tune with spacy voices and sounds...Global Warming the title track has some serious bass at the start which develops into a nice line with fx...breaks come into play before the end, a cool track! Deep cover great bass line and speaker to speaker fx...its a great how the tune evolves and these deep and diverse acid melodies fill the rest of it...one of the best on the album...Everlasting Sun is next with beautiful melodies and breaks all over the place that 303 sound is never far away, stunning melodies..great track!
State of Mind reminds me of old euro hard trance with that godly angelic melody right from the start..with lashings of acid =^,^= Kfar Saba Blues really picks up the pace with a scorching bassline and kick followed by heavy percussion and real trancy backgrounds...killer! Superfly is a nice melodic spacy kicking track....End of the World has melodies galore and samples...ahhh bliss
The last track Eastern Rain is another solid trance stormer...so melodic and beautiful and kicking all in one!
To sum it up its a superb outing from my pal Izik who once again establishes himself as a very talented music maker who can change and evolve his technical expertise in many directions...pure Wonderful trance for chill and for dance!
if your a fan of old style melodic trance...don't hesitate to buy, and if your a fan of well produced ,intelligent hard trance..you couldn't go wrong! listen closely 9.5/10

As I said before i don't like comparrasssments, people make albums how they feel no matter the SPOILED creatures of people that are just expecting the new styles and sounds and everything non stop has to be NEW NEW NEW....i hate this concept at stupid people. This is very good album...of course it has couple of bad moments ( 2 songs ) that don't fit Itzik concept but hey, he made this album for some purpose...:)7/10
